Police arrested a Lyons teenager on Saturday night. Police say he threatened to shoot a man and then went to his home. Marissa O’Hearn, 18, faces a charge of second-degree aggravated harassment as a result of the incident, which happened at 10:47 p.m. on March 23.
According to the Waterloo Police Department, O’Hearn sent text messages to the victim threatening to cause physical harm and shoot him before going to his residence. Waterloo Police took O’Hearn into custody and was taken to Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
And authorities have also sought a protection order for the victim. Waterloo Police received assistance from the Seneca Falls Police Department, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, and New York State Police in handling the incident.
